BookaDerma is a marketplace platform. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by licensed third-party pharmacies and sellers (“Sellers”). Timeframes and options below may vary by Seller, item type (Rx vs. OTC/cosmetics/devices), and delivery address.
Coverage & Timeframes (Philippines)
• Metro Manila: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Luzon (outside MM): typically 2–5 business days
• Visayas / Mindanao: typically 3–7 business days
• Remote/Island destinations: may take 7–10 business days or more
• Same-day / on-demand (select cities only; non-Rx, non–cold chain): subject to courier availability
Delivery estimates start after your order is accepted and dispatched. Prescription checks, payment verification, weather, holidays, and courier constraints can affect timing.
Order Processing & Cut-offs
• Orders placed before the Seller’s daily cut-off are typically processed same business day; after cut-off, next business day.
• Weekends/holidays: processing resumes next business day.
• Rx orders ship only after prescription verification is completed.
Prescription Orders (Rx)
• A valid prescription is required. Orders may be held or cancelled if verification fails or the prescription cannot be read/validated.
• For multi-item carts, non-Rx items may ship separately from Rx items.
• The courier may require ID and/or an OTP/signature on delivery for Rx parcels.
Temperature-Sensitive & Cold-Chain Items
• Shipped with insulated packaging/coolants and marked for priority delivery windows.
• Ensure you or your authorized recipient is available during the advised window.
• If delivery fails and the parcel spoils due to delay/unavailability, refunds may not be possible for safety reasons (see Returns & Refunds Policy).
Shipping Fees
• Calculated at checkout based on weight/size, destination, courier, and cold-chain handling if needed.
• Promos/free shipping (if any) will be shown at checkout. Remote area surcharges may apply.
Tracking Your Order
• You’ll receive email updates and/or SMS when your order is accepted, dispatched, and out for delivery.
• View live status in My Orders and use the courier tracking link (when available).
Delivery Attempts, RTS & Redelivery
• Couriers usually make 1–2 attempts per their policies.
• If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), the parcel may be Returned to Sender (RTS).
• For non-perishable items returned RTS, we may refund minus shipping/handling once the Seller receives the item in good condition.
• Redelivery fees may apply where applicable.
Address Changes & Special Instructions
• Edit the delivery address before dispatch in My Orders (when available) or email support@bookaderma.com.
• After dispatch, address changes depend on the courier and aren’t guaranteed.
• Add clear landmarks/building names in address notes; couriers will try to follow them but final routing is at courier discretion.
Receiving Your Order
• The courier may require a signature/OTP and, for Rx, may request to verify ID.
• Inspect the parcel on receipt. If damaged or tampered, photograph the box/label/product immediately.
Damaged / Missing Items
• Damaged/DOA, missing items, wrong item: email support@bookaderma.com with photos/video within 24 hours of delivery.
• Defective devices/accessories: report within 7 days.

Delivery Limitations
• We currently do not ship internationally.
• PO Boxes and certain high-security locations may be unsupported.
• Some items (e.g., Rx or cold-chain) may be restricted from same-day or certain provinces per courier and regulatory rules.
Payment & COD
• Unless explicitly offered at checkout, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Orders are dispatched after successful payment authorization (and Rx verification if applicable).
Delays Beyond Our Control
Weather events, regulatory checks, road closures, peak season volumes, and other force majeure situations can affect delivery. We’ll keep you updated and work with the Seller and courier to resolve as quickly as possible.
