A topical acne treatment that combines adapalene, a retinoid that helps regulate skin cell turnover and reduce inflammation, and benzoyl peroxide, an antibacterial and keratolytic agent that targets acne-causing bacteria and helps clear clogged pores. It is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris in patients aged 12 years and older.

Usage Instructions:

Cleanse the affected area with a mild cleanser and pat dry.

Apply a thin film of Epiduo Forte to the entire acne-affected areas of the face, chest, or back once daily in the evening.

Use only enough to cover the skin with a thin layer and avoid the eyes, lips, and mucous membranes.

If irritation occurs, reduce frequency of application or temporarily discontinue use as advised.

Warnings & Precautions:

For external use only.

Do not apply on damaged, sunburned, eczematous, or broken skin.

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, nostrils, and mucous membranes; rinse immediately with water if contact occurs.

Skin irritation such as dryness, scaling, redness, and burning or stinging may occur, especially during the initial weeks of treatment.

Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight or UV radiation and use sun protection.

Avoid use with other potentially irritating topical products or treatments.

May cause bleaching of hair and colored fabrics.

Contains propylene glycol which may cause skin irritation.

Contraindicated in pregnancy; consult a healthcare professional before use during breastfeeding.
